The Zonesun ZSFK4C Semi Automatic Cup Sealing Machine features four independent aluminum molds customized for cups from 50 mm up to 250 mm in diameter and seals at temperatures up to 300 C. The PCL intelligent control system allows separate regulation of sealing time and temperature on each head producing speeds of 600 to 800 cups per hour. A built in film roll rack ensures stable film feeding while the pneumatic system delivers airtight seals on PP PE PET and PS cups. Constructed with durable stainless steel and designed for quick mold changeover the ZSFK4C is ideal for bubble tea yogurt jelly and milkshake packaging in cafes shops and production facilities.
