This efficient machine seamlessly integrates material loading, precise dispensing, hot melt glue sealing, and box ejection. Operators simply feed materials onto the infeed conveyor. A servo-motor driven pusher system accurately spaces materials onto a segmented conveyor before they're precisely placed into pre-positioned boxes via a suction cup mechanism. The machine then automatically folds box flaps, applies hot melt glue (from a 5L capacity glue tank), seals the box, and ejects the finished product. Featuring a movable control panel and customizable design to fit your specific box dimensions, this machine boasts a remarkable output of 2400 boxes per hour.
