The ZONESUN ZS-NIC4 is an advanced ionized air rinsing machine designed to remove dust and static from PET, glass, PP, and HDPE bottles. With an inverted bottle design and 8 high-pressure ionized nozzles, it ensures thorough internal and bottom cleaning while preventing contamination. Powered by a PLC system with HMI touch panel, this unit supports high-speed operation at up to 1000 bottles per hour. Ideal for pre-filling cleaning in cosmetics, food, and chemical packaging lines, the system combines precision, efficiency, and broad bottle compatibility.
