ZS-XG440DV is a fully automatic capping solution designed for bottles and jars with screw tops. It features an integrated cap feeder and unscrambler for continuous operation and includes a dust cover to maintain hygiene during packaging. Supporting bottle heights from 50 to 350 mm and cap diameters from 20 to 50 mm, it operates at speeds up to 40 bottles per minute. With adjustable capping torque (4-9 kgf·cm) and pneumatic control (0.4-0.6 MPa), this machine ensures secure, consistent sealing across food, beverage, cosmetic, and chemical products. Its modular design allows easy integration with filling and labeling systems, making it ideal for automated production lines.
